”We came in contact with Gio for about 2 years ago. A happy Italian from Sicily with a lot of experience. He started to do pop ups in our kitchen and learned everyone about Italian food and how to do it. He has been a chef for almost 20 years and are currently a chef at Eataly in Stockholm.”
